The only reason they got a one star is because I couldn’t give them any less. This company charges way too much, doesn’t do a good job and when they were working for me stuff went missing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Had Jonathan to deal with and come in to clean my facility. What a smug, unprofessional, decietful lier. Watching on cameras I saw him do next to nothing then got charged almost 20 hours for nothing. Rediculous.

Incredibly garbage company. I booked them to clean Airbnb. They showed up late and overcharged me for minimum cleaning. Look somewhere else.
OVERCHARGING. Beware. I got my Airbnb cleaned from them. They will overcharge you and you will left fighting Airbnb customer care and the guest to cover up costs. Their cleaning is not professional and they will not deep clean. But they will charge for deep cleaning. I got the same feedback from few of my fellow Airbnb hosts about UpMaid. Don't believe the positive reviews.
