Great shop for Bridal and Evening gowns. Wonderful friendly service including alterations, consignment, and design services too. Would certainly recommend this shop.
Family member got her wedding dress altered here and they completed ruined it beyond repair. They did not know how to properly fix the bust area. She took it to another seamstress in another city and it was unable to be fixed. She is now having to go purchase another wedding dress. Very unprofessional.
DO NOT GO HERE! My sister is too nice to say anything, but I'm not. They completely ruined her wedding gown. She just needed the cups on her dress a little bigger, and instead of being honest and saying "I don't know how to do that," they messed it up beyond repair. They made the cups SUPER uneven and shortened the shear torso part. She took it to an experienced seamstress today, and was informed that it is beyond fixing, and now she has to get a brand new wedding gown 2 months before her wedding. The girls are so sweet and they do amazing work. They altered my graduation dress. I'm so excited to walk in it. Plus the charm they sew in is so cute! 10/10 definitely come here.
Grace is absolutely wonderful. She altered my wedding dress perfectly which was no small task because it had to be taken down several sizes. She was also able to fix my mom's dress last minute that another alteration place messed up. Highly recommend Grace.
