I could not ask for more in a contractor. Exceptional communication, transparency and accuracy on pricing, and stopped at nothing to make sure my family was 100% pleased with the work. Always wanted a useable back porch! Never seemed the right time or know how to begin! ULRS made our dream porch a reality! After talking to Drew with our renovation wishes, he made them come true, even better than we ever imagined! After 22 years in our home, we are finally enjoying the backyard with the birds, animals & sunsets from our beautiful screened in porch & deck! His skill & knowledge are amazing! Drew Johnson and his team totally gutted our 1959 bathroom with walls and flooring set with thick set mortar! They did an outstanding job with new tile flooring, tile walls, mold resistant gypsum board, wiring, plumbing..... the whole shebang! I am no longer trying to disguise the mix of colors originally used. SEE PICTURES ON ULRS, AUGUST 20TH! This was the second job Drew has completed for us.
