I finally decided to get a massage with Sean after seeing his banner at the gym I workout at, I’m so happy I did! Between working 12 hour shifts and weightlifting on my days off my body is a wreck sometimes. Sean really listened to me about the areas I had issues with and addressed those problems. I left my massage sore but felt so much better. The location was nice and clean, I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Let me start by saying Sean was very professional, and very knowledgeable not only in massage therapy, but in many other therapeutic practices. His massage area is very clean with soothing music and aromas, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling very relaxed and less tense than when I arrived. Sean definitely my expectations and it was a great experience. If you are seeking a masseuse, I highly recommend Uplifted by Sean for all of your massage needs. I will definitely be returning for routine therapy.

I have struggled with chronic neck, shoulder and back pain the last 2 years. I have tried several different types of massage for relief. Most fail or cause more pain! Sean was amazing, he focused on specific areas, never caused pain or discomfort. He pinpointed areas in my shoulders and I could feel the tension release instantly! Highly recommend!
