We also offer U60: a brand new concept in bootcamp classes focusing on weightlifting. I had never experienced a tight knit gym before coming to Uplifted, I can’t see myself going anywhere else now. My personal trainer, coach Da’lone Miller, is a super knowledgeable guy and THE KEY to get me going and staying on the right track. I also can’t leave out the awesome coaches that lead the U60 classes, if you want a real kick-butt workout then I would definitely recommend checking these out. Ok, love ya, bye!
I started at Uplifted nearly two years ago on a pass and haven’t turned back. I was looking for a strength training gym to teach me how to properly lift because I was a cardio bunny who had never lifted before and I fell in love. I love the classes. Never thought I would like a Gym!!! But uplifted changed my perspective.. such amazing people all the coaches are welcoming and make the environment so peaceful and comfortable.. coach Cruz is an amazing trainer and and always pushes you to do better and at a pace where you can learn and push past your limits!!
