It was really good experience they were really nice and she listened to me show me how to do exercises and she made sure that i am doing it right she was really friendly. Will come back 10000 times for sure
Stevie’s physio has been just amazing. I’m so glad I was recommended by a friend. I’ve gone from being hunched over and barely able to walk back to straight posture and strength in my legs and more than able to get around pain free. She’s very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her treatment.
Roxy has been incredible, I suffer from Endo and PCS and have often felt deflated at times that there is never going to be any break from flare ups and ongoing pain. The treatment plan she has come up.with has been explained in great detail, and has been effective. Every appointment I have felt heard, comfortable and educated. Couldn't recommend Roxy and the team at Uplift more.
Stevie’s clinical Pilates class was terrific, we Stevie making adjustments and corrections to the exercise and my technique to maximise the effectiveness and benefit. Such a caring and positive environment
The collective is so warm and welcoming both the space and the staff. Nicole was caring and understanding and most importantly very knowledgeable and experienced regarding mastitis. My treatment was fantastic and I had immediate relief and now feel empowered with knowledge on how to address any future issues.
