Dr Sarah is an amazingly gifted message therapist that does proper pregnancy remedial massage. She helped me when pregnant to have greater mobility and less pain in my hips and back. She has also been amazing postpartum relieving all the tension in my shoulders and neck from breastfeeding. Courtney on reception is so warm and welcoming and very helpful when I had to recently reorganise my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
From modern booking system, to friendly reception staff. From beautiful clinical space to considerate, experience and knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t be more delighted by my Uplift experience! Highly recommend.
