Stevie’s clinical Pilates class was terrific, we Stevie making adjustments and corrections to the exercise and my technique to maximise the effectiveness and benefit. Such a caring and positive environment
The collective is so warm and welcoming both the space and the staff. Nicole was caring and understanding and most importantly very knowledgeable and experienced regarding mastitis. My treatment was fantastic and I had immediate relief and now feel empowered with knowledge on how to address any future issues.
Highly recommend. Roxy has a wealth of knowledge and the clinic offers both flexible hours and great customer service.
My first remedial massage and I had a fantastic experience. The space was beautiful, calm, welcoming, the staff were fantastic to deal with both on the phone and in person, and I left feeling SO much better, body and soul! Had some amazing/deep chats, which filled my cup, but if quiet is what you're after that is something they do ask upfront too, so all vibes are looked after. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Uplift!
