Stevie was friendly, thorough, and provided a perfect balance of care, information and encouragement. Reception team member (I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was also friendly. Both people set the atmosphere for a really welcoming, stress-free experience.
Went to Uplift for the first time today. Such a good setup of guided coaching and very small groups. Max 4. Individual consult and set up of specific program to my needs and wants. Looking forward to starting the journey to maintaining fitness.
The best clinic! Started coming here when I was pregnant and now as a new first time mum it’s been such a welcoming and easy experience! The staff are so accomodating and supportive, have even given my baby a cuddle at times so I can have my appointment and the feeding room is the best! The Pilates is great too- honestly couldn’t recommend more for any pregnant/new mum!
Such a beautiful space for women especially post partum to seek support from warm, kind, patient and very helpful staff. From reception to the physios it continues to be a great experience every time. I love how the staff will help me with my baby while I work out. They will talk to him and pick up or help me out him in a bouncer so he is happy while I’m there. Takes the stress off me so I can focus on doing the exercises. Highly recommend Nicole and Stevie.
