Uplift Yoga Studio has been an amazing experience for me! I love the variety of classes they offer—from gentle stretching and traditional hot yoga to Pilates, kettlebell, and strength training—all in a heated room to really elevate the intensity. I don’t recommend this place. The lady in front on door didn’t let me in because I was 11 minutes late. After having to drive about 40 minutes to get to this place with traffic and it was my first time. Won’t come back.

I have been coming to uplift for the past two years now, and I couldn’t be more addicted. Uplift team & family have been great, which makes you want to come more. Teachers are super cool and provide the best workouts. It’s the best one hour that you can ask for you! Uplift has been my go to now even before making it to the gym (now days it’s whenever I feel like it). Such an awesome community.
**Unpleasant Experience and Lack of Communication at UPLIFT** I have been a member of Uplift since December 2022, and I wanted to share my recent experience, which unfortunately has left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of the establishment.
