Hot pilates with Asnah was both challenging and fun with a great playlist and good energy all around! Love and recommend it!
This studio has genuinely become a special place for me. I’ve taken classes with most of the instructors here, and every single one has been welcoming, supportive, and truly focused on their clients. I’ve taken several classes here and they are all amazing! My most recent one with Lilian was incredible. USCULP was a great and rewarding workout. A mix of both yoga and weights is the perfect full body workout! Lilian pushes and encourages you to make the best of this class. Great music and a great instructor! Praying they add more times for this class
Uplift Yoga Studio has been an amazing experience for me! I love the variety of classes they offer—from gentle stretching and traditional hot yoga to Pilates, kettlebell, and strength training—all in a heated room to really elevate the intensity.
