I'm an avid yogi, a yoga instructor myself, and have been to hundreds of studios - this one falls super short. I went to Upllift for about 6 months because it's one of the only hot yoga studios in town. In short - Uplift has a handful good instructors, but super clique-y community and terrible studio vibe. Hot pilates with Asnah was both challenging and fun with a great playlist and good energy all around! Love and recommend it!
This studio has genuinely become a special place for me. I’ve taken classes with most of the instructors here, and every single one has been welcoming, supportive, and truly focused on their clients. They motivate without pressure and always remind you to slow down, breathe, and surrender to the mat. I’ve taken several classes here and they are all amazing! My most recent one with Lilian was incredible. USCULP was a great and rewarding workout. A mix of both yoga and weights is the perfect full body workout! Lilian pushes and encourages you to make the best of this class. Great music and a great instructor! Praying they add more times for this class
