Michaela is the worst psychologist I've ever had. Rude, constantly challenges everything you say until you agree with her, absolutely zero effort for helpful advice. I just had to hang up in the middle of our last session because she sounded so uninterested and literally saying nothing. When I hung up, she kept aggressively ringing my phone, ringing me immediately after I'd hang up over and over. I gave her quite a lot of chances too.
Voula is warm, understanding and truly listens, She creates a safe space where I feel heard and supported her guidance has helped me see things more clearly and manage life with more strength, I’m truly grateful for her care.
Avoid this place at all cost. The receptionist is a bully and abusive.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Uplift and learnt so much that has helped me deal with and manage my mental health concerns. I’m incredibly grateful to the team that works there (including the receptionists) as I’ve found that they’ve been nothing but nice and accomodating for me. Very much changed my life attending these sessions
