I have had some good help there originally.Too many of the therapy sessions proved to be 'unproductive an unprofessional' over the last 2.5 years to the point of endangering my mental health!! It has not been useful in helping manage my depression!I was forced to make a decision to no longer continue!The constant talk of spirit guides angels God etc was something right out of a psych ward and NUTTY!

would like to make a formal complaint. I called today the 31st Jan to confirm when my appointment was going to be because 3 weeks ago I was discharged from hospital for nearly hurting myself. When I called they told me there was a 3 week wait and I said that’s fine as I’m sure they will have a cancellation and so they took my details. When I called today the same receptionist tells me I am not in the system. This is very poor as I gave my details everything.
