I thought Uplift was an amazing company until this past October 2025. I put in a 2 weeks, but rescinded it and decided to stay due to the company really putting in effort towards staff recently. That was until my worst nightmare happened, and my daughter was assaulted. I was dealing with police and trying to make sure my daughter was ok and I told the scheduler to take me off the shifts I had lined up, and they told me I had to work them, but I couldn’t I had to be there for my child.
