When working with Taylor, I often felt like I was being politely listened to, but not truly heard or understood. I frequently left feeling dismissed rather than supported, which made it difficult to open up or trust the process. Mia is an amazing therapist. She's smart, kind, and empathetic to what you're going through. I've learned tangible skills to tackle my specific OCD thoughts and have steadily improved while meeting with her. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!
Mia helped me to a place where I can finally feel self sufficient in dealing with my own problems, could not recommend enough !
