I was so happy to find bungee fitness. It’s a great way to exercise, lose weight and it’s a low impact on your joints. I also find it a wonderful Way to relieve stress, At Uplift in Roscoe is a great place to achieve those goals with nice people and very patient trainers . I like that they offer many different classes at different times of the day Monday through Sunday. My favorite classes are Bungee and lifting. Thank you, everyone at uplift for all you do
Have been attending classes here for over a year now. Was never a big fan of working out or a gym person… but I cannot say enough good things about this studio!! All the trainers & fellow classmates are friendly, kind, & inclusive. There’s a wide variety of class options & available times to fit into a busy schedule. We had a group of 10 friends,,we had a fantastic time,,Janette was professional patient,at 61 yrs, i really didn't have much hopes in doing these excercises ,but was helped ,encouraged, and most of all ,it was just FUN!!!!!will definitely recommend to other friends
