Just finished a great Intro Hammock Stretch, Stability and Strengthen class with Joanne at her studio with friends and colleagues. The class was easy to sign up online through their portal page. I have caught the bug and might come back for a package of classes but tonight's class was an hour class for $25. My home away from home! I’ve been coming to the studio for 2 years now, and it’s been an amazing experience from the beginning. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. They help you work on your goals and will be your biggest cheerleader when you accomplish them.
