I came here to try something new, and everyone was so welcoming and encouraging from day one! I even brought my mom to a class, and she loved it too. The classes are very beginner-friendly; you never feel overwhelmed or like you’re drinking from a firehose of information. Each session builds strength, confidence, and skill at a comfortable pace. I met so many wonderful ladies here; it was such a positive part of my week before moving. Thank you, ladies!!! If you’ve been thinking about it, just do it!
Coming to Uplift has been one of the best experiences in my life! The students and instructors are always friendly and JoAnne has worked hard to foster a strong sense of community. The hammock and lyra instructors (Alicia, Cydney, and JoAnne) are extremely knowledgeable about aerial and they are understanding of each student's limitations and potential. The studio is always clean and equipped with anything you might need.
Took my first intro class last night and let’s just say I will be back. The instructor was very informative and she was hands on when assistance was needed. I can’t wait to get better. Thanks UpLift Fam ❤️❤️
Wonderful, pleasant, patient and super chill! Had a private hammock aerial yoga class with Joanne and 5 starts isnt enough! I definitely plan on coming back here. Super clean (even had tampons in the bathroom for those oh crap moments) tripods to record yourself and cubbies to put your belongs in it was an amazing experience! Thank you guys!

I was one of seven ladies for my niece's birthday celebration. It was ALL of our 1st experience in Aerial fitness.
