I took the hammock intro class Saturday and it was amazing! Teacher was fantastic and it was a wonderful atmosphere. I will be back! Be warned, your abs WILL hurt the next day. That good pain that reminds you, you did an amazing workout!
I drove from Newark to Middletown for this class, and it was such a pleasant little 38-minute ride. From the moment I walked into the facility, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The space was spotless, with thoughtful touches like water available for students and even ginger candy in case anyone felt a bit nauseous during the spins. Cydney was an awesome instructor and I had a great time at my first Lyra class!! Will definitely be coming back in the future!
I love all the instructors and with every class I find exercise to be fun and exciting!
