My experience at Fit is with Angelo dela Cruz. As a body worker he has helped me immensely with my knee, post replacement surgery. He has released much of my scar tissue which has brought back feeling in my knee. Using his knowledge of deep tissue work and muscle energy techniques to balance the muscles around and supporting my knee, I am able to use good functional form in my gait. Angelo has been working on me for several years. I’m 75 and have an arthritic knee. He’s able to keep me going — resistance and cardio workouts, hiking and golf. He has an intuitive sense of how to release tension and make tendons and fascia more supple. Try it you’ll like it.
