Some aggressive and uneducated neighbours who think they can boss people around, or even be abusive. There hasn't been on-site management for years so it's easy to get away with it. Their Rental Agreement is flawed. I can't feed animals, even when I'm not in the park. Misleading the tenants by stating we cannot grow marijuana even though Federal Law states we can grow 4 plants. Just junk. A real overreach. It is not the nice park it used to be. I'm not so sure the owners give a hoot.

Not sure about this place. The park isn’t really interested in allowing younger couples to buy in the park even though It doesn’t indicate that this is a 55+ park.
