Best source of Plumeria and interesting plants in O.C. – Upland Nursery is a great nursery in Orange County with a very nice selection of interesting plants including many rare varieties of Plumeria. They feature great service and there is free parking available. They are on Tustin Avenue in Orange. GO check them out!
