Coverage turned out to have surprise exclusions and damage inspections were much lower than repair estimates. Great service until you have a claim then not so much. Look elsewhere or ask lots of questions and be sure verify coverage in writing.
My opinion is this is a corrupt insurance company. They go blind when it comes to damages to roofs they insure.
AVOID AVOID AVOID This company deserves no business. I made my first insurance claim after 13 years with this company, it took forever to get them to agree with anything. The entire time the claim was open they just tried to screw me over every chance they could. Jim Barrett was an absolute terrible claims rep to work with as well as Heartland Adjustments. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.
