Terrible! first told our med ins wasn't accepted then 30 min later got a call saying it was. Receptionist was at desk eating with a DOG on the desk! Gave my son crutches and adjusted them incorrectly for his size. No instruction on how to use crunches safely (even after asking). No explanation of cost to me. Totally incompetent!
I felt the woman I dealt with was quite unprofessional. They never got back to me when I set up my account, never heard from them. I had to call for an update and she finally got back to me a few days later saying all was good...this was after almost two months when I first contacted them. When I visited to pickup some supplies, she had her dog sitting on the desk in front of her, while she was talking to me, she was answering the phone and cutting me off. After my second visit in the ER for the same problem within 2 days, I was told by the doctor that they were a patch up service and there was nothing that they could do to fix any major problems. They could run tests like CTs, X-rays, lab tests, but, other than that there was nothing that the staff could do but, get you through to see your doctor. So, if you are in a great deal of pain or think you have a serious injury....find a different hospital with a more experienced staff. If you have a scratch or need a couple of stitc... read more
