I first went to Robert in December 97. Someone had recommended him so I had my oil changed. He also replaced a burnt out taillight bulb (charged me $1.47). Other times he has made minor repairs at no cost. A big difference from the dealerships that want to charge $40 to replace a clean air filter! We now live 25 miles from Robert's shop, but for anything more than an oil change we still make the 50 mile round trip so that we know we're getting the job done right at a legitimate price.
