Best around. Upkeep came out this summer and installed AC in our new commercial building and a new AC unit at our house. This fall I had them come out to dig and install 600ft of new water lines and hydrants at our new horse building. We have alot of future projects coming up and I wouldn't consider anyone else for the jobs. We've had alot of companies come out and do work over the years, but no one compares to Upkeeps quality and knowledge.
While the work this company has done for me has been good, their response to messages is way more than frustrating. The first time I used them I called and left messages three times before I got any response. This time I left one message more than a week ago and have gotten no response. I called another service.
The attention and service that I have received from this company is truly top notch. I had an urgent need, they mitigated it (fitting me into a packed schedule) and then as they had time, they came and are completing the project. I am impressed with the communication and overall friendliness of everyone. I already have a list of items for them to work on over the winter. Upkeep remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago. This year the exhaust fan stopped working. They came out the day after we called and found a dead mouse in the fan. He removed it and the fan took off normally. A very big thank you for prompt and efficient service. I was fearing a new fan, but this was a quick fix. We've been with Kevin since he bought the business and have used him for problems big and small. Always well satisfied and he treats us like old friends and family. A big thanks to Kevin again.
