Great customer service! They are willing to work with you when it comes to prices. They use Carfax as a guideline but worked to adjust a price when compared with Kelly Blue Book. They let me check out a couple of smaller sedans when I was first starting my car search. They were very open with any damages/repairs/touch ups and let me test drive a couple of cars.
