Terrible plumber. Never finishes work.
We had an appointment set between 5-6pm on 1-22-2013 (the coldest day in four years at -23) for Uphus Plumbing and heating to fix our hot water heating system. six O'clock came and went, we waited until 7:30 to call and find out if they were coming. The guy we talked to thought his other worker had already been there, so he wanted to call his worker and find out where he was and he would call us back and let us know when they would get there.
