I am deeply disturbed and offended by my experience with this upholstery cleaning company. When the technician arrived, not only was he unprofessional, but he made blatantly racist comments—telling me that I "don’t belong in this neighborhood" because I’m not white. That kind of language is hateful, unacceptable, and has no place in any business, let alone one that enters people’s homes.
