I rang to get a quote for my couch, was given an approx price and that they could do it between 12-2 today . I told him that I had to advise my husband of price before I booked a time, the guy who I spoke to (Indian I gather by accent) came back and said $130, I told him I still had to contact my husband as he has to give me the money if he was ok with price. Next minute I heard him give out a huge sigh and hang up on me. I definitely DON’T recommend this company!
If you are trying to support local operators beware, these guys are not local they are Brisbane CBD. Your call will go to a call centre not to the operators. Frustrating process.
Unprofessional, rude, terrible job obviously has never cleaner a couch, demanding payment before job had even begun, this hole business stinks and feels very suspect from the moment they walked.
