Pretty sure this place was sold. I called for a quote, was told to email. I emailed. No response. Then I texted. No response. How can you stay in business when you don't return requests from motivated customers?
I requested a quote for a slip cover for a chair, and I was quoted a very high price. I was told the price was the same to reupholster it. You would think slip cover would be less expensive.
If you want perfection this is the place to go. Paul knows just about everything there is to know about furniture and drapery. He’s knowledgeable about what materials and fabrics should be used according to the time period of the piece and the particular use of the furniture. Expertise is what you want and you will get it with Paul and his team.
I have been using Upholstery By Paul for more than 15 years, and Paul and his great team are nothing short of amazing. I can always count on high quality, detail-oriented friendly service. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
Paul was quick to respond to my inquiries about reupholstery and happy to let me supply my own fabric. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and the final product is superb. Highly recommended
