I rarely write negative reviews, I rather communicate directly, but the lack of service, communication and unprofessionalism demonstrated by Anthony must be reported. I contacted Anthony on September 28 and arranged to get the chairs picked up on October 1. Within hours, he called back and expressed concerns with the amount of fabric provided, but told me that he will review again and call back with any concerns.
