It’s difficult to put into words just how exceptional my first visit with Jenny was. I’m someone who is incredibly particular and rarely strays from what I know, but reaching out to Jenny during a time of severe burnout was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had a lovely and relaxing facial package with Olivia. The natural and vegan products (O Cosmedics) both felt and smelt amazing and my skin never felt so good. Olivia was both knowledgeable and competent, which made the experience feel relaxing and nourishing. I am really looking forward to my next visit, and absolutely recommend Upgrace!

This was my first visit to Upgrace as I have been residing and working in Paradise Point now for a few years so wanted to support local business. My treatment was brief as I am testing the waters to determine if I would be open to switching from my current beautician to Upgrace. Olivia was very pleasant and professional.
