UpFront Home Services just shampooed out carpets. Joseph, who spoke with me yesterday, answered all of my questions, made me aware of any “promotions” that were available, and couldn’t have been more transparent and professional. Akeem was our technician today and was just as professional, transparent, and friendly. He left nothing behind except great looking, clean carpets. Got our couch cleaned and while it looks 10x better (and the technician was so friendly!), unfortunately it smells sooo bad. There was no smell before the clean, just some stains we wanted to remove. Reminiscent of leaving your clothes in the washing machine too long and having to rewash- we now feel like we need another deep clean to remove whatever this odor left behind is.
