The reason I stay with Upequip is because of Jon in the Parts department. Such a great and dilligent guy to deal with. When dealing with a service provider out of the country, this makes the experience worth having and it is so important when you have expensive machinery from abroad. Its hard to find guys that genuinely care like Jon does. Great service. Great company.

If zero stars was an option, that is what I would choose. We made the unfortunate decision to buy an EZ lift almost 2 years ago and we have had nothing but trouble. The company does NOT back their products and the warranty means NOTHING! Customer service is very polite but won't resolve anything. If you are in western Canada do not deal with this company. There are no service centers that are UpEquip certified to deal with these disasters and the few that tried with permission from the company , cited poor design and brittle... read more

These guys are great Allan ,Martin and Remi are amazing . Customer service above and beyond and very reliable . I was sceptical on buying a lift from so far away but anytime I had a question or concern I had immediate response and great feed back . As a new lift owner they were very patient and walked me threw anything I need to know . Would highly recommend and definitely they have my business for life .
