We called Thursday, they said earliest pick up is 6am Friday. We booked it for that time. We arrived at office location (lake villa) never received an email or text/call where to pick up vehicle (gurnee/waukegan/) arrive at 6am. It is now 9:30am, and still no answer. Left at 8:30am after waiting 2.5 hours. Expect a full refund since I needed the vehicle at 6am as instructed. Company is not 24/7 even holidays as they state. Will not answer calls/messages/ emails.
