What a phenomenal bike shop!!!! I came in from out of town to rent a mountain bike for the day and they don’t have rentals. After talking for awhile, Mike, one of the owners offered me his bike for the day!!! He put flat pedals on it for me and a helmet and off I went.... He didn’t even want a deposit???? How trusting!!! A few hours later I returned and bought some merchandise to remember the event forever!!! Great job Mike!!!! Larry
Once again..I am so impressed with the honesty of Chris. I had a good experience with him a few years ago right after they opened..and his integrity continues......I went in to get a tube for my bike,tire...mentioned that a friend had been in a couple weeks ago and bought a used bike....he proceeded to tell me,that the stem and handle bars on her bike weren,t, the original parts..but he had the originals...and gave them to me to give to her....he could,have sold them or used them on another bike I am sure..she would never ha... read more
Just got in a ride on freshly maintained (chain, tires, cassette, pedals) and tuned road bike. Chris and crew did a great job, couldn’t be happier with the bike performance and the value/quality of the work. Thanks!!

I've popped in twice for little fixes I needed on my bike after shipping it. Both staff members I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. They also really went above and beyond to find me the right part off of an old bike in store because I had a bit of a time crunch and the pricing is extremely reasonable. This is such a great asset for the Olean/Allegany area. Thank you!
Just got my first bike at Upcycle yesterday! I love it there! Chris was super friendly,incredibly helpful, and informative. I took out many bikes for a spin before I made my choice. It's a great place to shop and I'm beyond thrilled with my new bike~ definitely the best bike I've ever owned! ���
While they didn't have the exact part i needed, the gentleman working helped find a substitute that did the job and got my bike back on the road. He also took the time to answer some other questions i had, and taught me a little more about differences in bikes that will help should i need more repair parts in the future!
