Make this the last place you take your vehicles. My husband and I were recommended to go here by my coworker (the owners brother) in October of 2024. We took my husband’s truck to get a new engine replacement. Ever since dropping his truck off there we have experienced nothing but lies and excuses from the owner (Alex Buck). Quality parts in a reasonable amount of time
posting under my business account just to update. 1 year and nearly 2 months later and hearing my order was with fabrication for the past year. I finally got the good news that they were in coating and inspections would be a 2 week process then I would be contacted with shipping info yes finally. Wait a minute clearly this can't be a lie ??? or is it. waited patiently for 1 montn to allow additional time just incase something got delayed.Tied calling several times straight to voice mail. So I don't necessarily know how to rate this company as I am a small business owner myself and believe in giving business a chance. As I read some of the posted reviews I tend to get a bit uncomfortable. In small businesses your word and your reputation is all you have. One practice I have in my business in to only take deposits from customers and never a full amount until I deliver on services and the customer is satisfied or mutually agree to part ways. Update 05.12.25: all parts have arrived and look beautiful. I do recommend calling them to check on processing times before you place an order for fabricated parts. They are a small company, so expect to wait a little longer then some of the mass producers. With that said, I will say their product is top notch and will be swapping out a competitors traction Bars to rep Upcountry Fab.
