Waiting since August 2024 for parts. Will update once they show up. They have stepped up and gotten better with communication.
So I don't necessarily know how to rate this company as I am a small business owner myself and believe in giving business a chance. As I read some of the posted reviews I tend to get a bit uncomfortable. In small businesses your word and your reputation is all you have. One practice I have in my business in to only take deposits from customers and never a full amount until I deliver on services and the customer is satisfied or mutually agree to part ways. Great service, did everything on time and picked up and dropped off my truck at work. Excellent customer service!
Alex has done multiple projects for me. Trucks from the early 80's to 2023. His craftsmanship has been exceptional, and his prices competitive. He has also been available to answer questions whenever needed.
Amazing work they had my truck in and out in a day and and running better than ever
