RecommendedUpcity works for us @ 1111 Media Group. I have had a pretty good partnership. The team is always watching over your company to make sure it's in good standings. Like anything, you need to work on reviews to boost awareness. I will give them a 5 star, I've been with them for years and will keep my account active. Overall it has been a pretty awesome platform. Get a better review system. Basically, anyone can say anything. We got a 2-star review from a person who said they hired us and then in the description said he tried to contact us but did not get a callback. So 1) He did not hire and 2) We do not have any record of the person.
Not much value from their service; careful with their sales representatives which don’t mention the one year agreement until you receive the agreement. Their ranking system is terrible, don’t give them your money.
I've had a great experience with UpCity with my agency www.ladybugz.com. They are very helpful, and partner with you on your efforts to promote your agency. I recommend using UpCity as part of your Agency's directory listing promotional program.
They sell you hard - and then "crickets." The service ONLY has a remote chance of working if you are constantly sending people to it to place a review - and you could do that on your own platforms and through your own SEO. The only business to come of it is vendors who troll these types of sites to sell you things. Don't sign up for the annual contract no matter the deal they give you. Won't be worth it and you can't cancel.

In this climate of a National Emergency, mortgage relief options, businesses filing bankruptcy, predicted record high unemployment rates and our nation possibly headed into a Depression, it's unconscionable that you cannot terminate a contract early. Other vendors have been waiving fees until the market turns around. Why isn't UpCity?

We for their certified listing program and was guaranteed leads. After two months we noticed no leads coming from them and canceled. We have since moved from our old location and we can't get these people to respond to update and change our address. If you call them after 10 am their time they are still closed. No one responds to email while they create problems for you listing citation. While you are giving them money they are your best friend.
