Negative interactions. Need new staff.
I stopped today to get pricing on Rayban sunglasses. There was a sign indicating to come in and check out their selection. I put my mask on and went in. The lady in front (wish i had gotten her name) immediately told me I could wait outside. It was 86 degrees outside. She then said I could sit and wait. There were 2 people working and 2 customers in the store. I was number 3. I felt my business was not wanted because of the unnecessary wait time when all i wanted to do was price the Raybans. Mr. Mike Unchurch was outstanding in making time he did not have to help configure a complex lens for me. Shawn B. and Mike B. were both fabulous, patient, professional, supportive during a difficult time post-op in serving my visual needs. Came away with two hip pairs and will be on-going customer ! Horrific- optician was flirtatious and creepy, think his name was Matt, seemed to be on the make, hope he isn't there anymore. Wanted to take me out after our visit. Yuck.
Great experience! I happened to call in for an apt for contact fitting and all around exam and actually got an apt the same day! I was also in and out in 30 mins. No wait, and super nice!
