They were so easy to work with on installing my generator. They were upfront and honest about the cost and timeline and the process flowed exactly as they said it would. They were on top of any concern or issues I had and handled it. I would recommend them and have recommended to friends I know are looking to install a generator to their home. I’ve started using Lee Upchurch for my whole home generator maintenance and have been amazed at the customer service and attention to detail he gives his customers. He and his wife show up to perform the services and he talks about his kids learning the business for the future. They are very responsive any time an issue arises. I have referred him to a friend for a custom home build and a neighbor for a back up generator. Nice to see people who still care about doing the right thing and not just after my money.
I can’t say enough about Lee Upchurch and his family. From the second I called I knew I was in good hands. Lee and his son came by my house to service my generator. It’s not very often that a company goes over and beyond the way Lee did. He took the time to go over everything about the generator and showed me how it operates. Lee provided on time, fast service for my generator. The control board had failed, and he replaced it and will file the warranty claim for me. He was very helpful and I would recommend him highly.
Lee and Mandy are THE BEST! I served as "supervisor" for my daughter and son in law's house that Lee and Mandy built. We did all the clean up which saved a lot of cost. Lee was great to work with. He is a hands on builder and is skilled at all aspects of construction. There were times when Lee had all his family on site working. Mandy handled all the billing and was very transparent about all bills and payments. Both Lee and Mandy are very cost conscious and worked to save cost.
