First of all, Dr Berryman is worth a 100 mile drive! Great man. Period. SECOND, we both had blood drawn and NEITHER OF US FELT THE NEEDLE. The Very hard working Lab Nurse was SENSATIONAL!!!! As Always, Five Golden Stars to ALL AT UTICA PARK SAND SPRINGS!
I am a newer patient of Dr Dickey and I am deeply impressed with her quality of care and attention to detail. She listens to all of my concerns and addresses every question thoroughly. She is a caring and empathetic person and puts her patients care and well being above all else. She has made such a good impression in the two times I’ve seen her that I will be returning to her for any future issues. I am so grateful to have a primary care physician that listens and cares. Thank you Dr Dickey for all that you do!
Dr Berryman is great but there’s a lady that answers the phone by the name of Arden; no matter what day, no matter what time, she always is absolutely rude. As stated, it’s not like it’s an off day she is ALWAYS rude and not helpful at all. As a patient dealing with ptsd and severe anxiety who is in need of a new appointment and medication, she wasn’t understanding, helpful or sympathetic by any means.
Dad loves this place. And Dr Berryman. He is amazing with dad and we have followed him from a different practice. We are greatful.
