Trying to get in touch with this office is bad. I was on phone for 4 hours, was hung up on 3 times and finally spoke to someone, who contacted nurse , she told me she could not help me and to call ECHD. I called ECHD , they said to call provider, again 2 hours on phone and finally talked to someone who sent message to NURSE. She told her she was on phone with somebody else and would call me back that was 3 hours ago. I will be filing a complaint with Independent Health and looking for new provider. My husband and I came to buffalo in 2020 from NJ and we became patients of Dr Micelle Potempa and alter Dr Vincent Lee. Both are excellent. However, since Dr Potempa retired and G.P. now run the place at6009 Transit Road, we are very disappointed by the office staff, with four exceptions: Julie and Lori who we have known since 2020. after 20 years of seeing them they dropped me the day of my apt because i have high anxiety and they still excpect $100 cancellation fee for telling me they don't want to see me the worst service ever since they changed from family care medicine. stay away from them people
