Absolutely love this place. We've been multiple times, but yesterday they showed how they go above and beyond. We had finished our pieces, and my daughter (5) had grabbed her piece to take it up to the counter. On the way, she dropped it, and it shattered into a million pieces. They sprang into action, asking what piece she was painting, if we had time to repaint it, etc. We didn't have time to stay, so they packed up a new piece with paint and a paintbrush, so she could paint it at home and bring it in to be fired. This place was so much fun. I was a little skeptical, but had blast with my girlfriend. From 8 to 80, something for everyone
