Absolutely disgusting service they provide, stay away, they simply rip the elderly off completely. We and the nurses at south tweed hospital where my mother in law is currently, due to their lack of care by using babies nappies to dress weeping infected wounds on her legs, and that’s only one appalling thing I could name several. Hopefully the legal action we are in process of seeking will shut them down permanently.

This company is neglecting the elderly with their lack of care and training. The staff are so under trained and abusing the system and their power that much I had to take my grandparents to another service provider. I work in this industry and am shocked this is company hasn’t been shut down. I have been told they got looked into around 18months ago as they have been doing illegal things and it has still continued. My advice would be to get your funding with a different provider.
