Poor quality of work AND missing tools. We hired them to repair some water damage to our kitchen floor joists. Initial quality of work was 5/10, we called them back in to fix it, and final quality of work was 7/10. There's still a lot that we have to do ourselves to fix it. On top of that, while they had access to our property, many of our power tools disappeared (valued approx. $1000). We've tried contacting them multiple times about this, but there is no response. Crickets.
Up and up with Chuck raised our cottage and installed new footings for it replacing the homemade footings from 1967. This was a big investment and Charlie and his guys were there for us every step of the way. The plan was for floating pads but were were upgraded to piers pinned to the bedrock for many of them (without additional charge).
