I ordered flowers for my sister who helped me through my surgery. I wanted a huge arrangement for her. Ordered the flowers through 1800flowers and this was the local floral shop they used. The arrangement they sent was not even close to the picture of the arrangement I picked. It was about 1/3 of the size of the arrangement i picked and they refused to redo it. If you could rate a “zero star rating,” I would. Hands down worst service I’ve had ever. Ordered on August 2, asked for them to be here on the 11th, then they were late, so we called, they said they would be there the following Monday, Monday comes, still not there so we called a third time and said they would be delivered today. Wouldn’t even deliver to my house, I had to go meet them at a nearby gas station. Then they said they had to go do another delivery, so they LEFT my $150 bouquet IN THE GAS STATION.
