So bad!! At this point it’s almost laughable. I’ll give you the timeline. We called the day before & reserved a jeep. We agreed to pay $300 for the full day, with pickup around 9am. My husband gave his credit card over the phone to reserve. We also reserved a Rocky Mountain national Park timed pass for 10am-12pm. Went here for a rental car. First, they told me they had an AWD vehicle available without realizing it was already booked out. Alright, whatever, I'll compromise to take whatever vehicle is available since I know they must be busy for the holidays. So they book me to pick up the vehicle today, Monday, only for me to get there and find out their normal hours of operation have them closed on Mondays. I’m happy with the service here. It’s my 4th time with this shop and I’ll continue as long as I live in Estes. They have the ability to do alignment on tires, and most shops do not. If tires are not properly aligned it can cause so many problems. I’m so glad the shop could get my tires aligned. I think it’s the only shop in town that can do it. I’ve had tires put on at two other shops in town, and my tires were wrecked after one season due to the alignment being off. They are thorough with mechanical work as well. I feel I c... read more
