Very competent workforce from arrival at the reception area keeping me appraised throughout the day and up to to the point I collected my car. I think they should video customer’s reaction when they are taken to their cars. I was honestly amazed and surprised just how stunning my car looked after its bodywork was done. Great experience from Up to Scratch. Had a front bumper respray and some door dings fixed via PDR. Both jobs were completed to a really high standard like you’d never know it happened. Really fast turnaround and communication throughout was excellent. Also happened to be the cheapest quote I’d received in the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
Car got key’s, went in they said no problem give it to us for a couple of days, got it back like it was new. Couldn’t recommend them more.
