Can't say enough good things about Mark and Crystal! A couple of us rode from NC to Houghton, MI to visit a fellow Veteran's grave and wanted to ride to Copper Harbor too. On the way to Copper Harbor one guy ran over a large construction staple and blew his rear tire on his Ultra Classic. The staple also ruptured the band in the tire so there were no roadside fixes. Went above and beyond for fixing my bike, will definitely bring my bike here from now on
We were riding with a group from southern MN to the U P and had an issue with a rear brake. I called Mark and he got me right in and quickly diagnosed the issue and had me rolling in under an hour. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Mark & his wife are awesome people and I really can't say enough good things about my experience at U.P. Performance Cycles.
I was on a trip up from Chicago when I noticed a clamp missing from the fork. Mark dug through his parts bin and found exactly what I needed to get back on my trip safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
