We were riding with a group from southern MN to the U P and had an issue with a rear brake. I called Mark and he got me right in and quickly diagnosed the issue and had me rolling in under an hour. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Mark & his wife are awesome people and I really can't say enough good things about my experience at U.P. Performance Cycles.
I was on a trip up from Chicago when I noticed a clamp missing from the fork. Mark dug through his parts bin and found exactly what I needed to get back on my trip safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
Very impressed!!! Shop is clean and very well organized, to that speaks volumes. I have my bike in for tire change and I will have more to add.
My front brakes happened to locked up about a mile away and I walked over needing help. Mark offered to help even though he doesn't work on Hondas. He secured the caliper so it was drivable so I could get it to the dealer even though it didn't mean any business for him. Great guy, much appreciated.
