Took our $500 on a trailer he stated was coming from manufacturer in Utah and never communicated it was non refundable NOR was it listed in the purchase agreement or his FB listing or any communications between us. Then told us to look at his website which it appeared on the ONE trailer we were interested in but not any others. Was rude to the lender at the bank (20 years experience) and would not disclose the information she asked for (MSRP) as he did not want us to know his mark up price which is 200 plus percent markup. I met Nathan at the lot on Trunk road after communicating via FB Marketplace on an enclosed trailer he stated was ordered and being built in Utah. The trailer was set to arrive the end of the month (April 2025) I asked him about the 1 star review and he laughed stating I tried to get that guy to respond and remove that but can’t reach him. It is 04/08/25, I just purchased a 16 foot trailer from Nathan at Up North Trailers; Nathan is personable, knowledgeable, professional so that you can get the trailer you need at a reasonable price. The build quality of the trailer is excellent, as good or better than most trailers sold locally; but it was my interaction with Nathan that made my purchase experience fantastic! If you’re in need of a high quality trailer, make sure Nathan at Up North Trailers is on your list; I can’t recommend him enough.
