We had booked a taxi shuttle from Pellston airport to Mackinac City a few months in advance for our wedding. Our flight from San Diego to Pellston was delayed two hours, of which I notified Up North Rides about the delay ahead of time. We were told they would wait for us, no problem- since airline delays are out of our control. Once we arrived to Pellston the driver took us to Mackinac City, about a 15 minute drive. I was visiting Traverse City and did not realize that Ubers are rare / not very reliable. Not only did Up North Taxi arrange a last minute ride for me from the airport, they provided a bus to transport my group of 13 people from our cabin to downtown and back on very short notice. All of the drivers we had were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the best taxi company I’ve ever ridden with They are reliable, comfortable, the drivers have helped me with many suitcases and I’m temporally handicap so they help me as well. I highly recommend up north Taxi.
