First, I wanna say that I am a very hard person to satisfy when it comes to looking for a mechanic, any mechanic. When I read the few negative reviews about Doug, I was able to read between the lines and I doubted their authenticity. Doug is a great guy and knows his stuff. He can fix anything and carry’s general parts to fix things with him in case he finds something broken that also needs fixing! Highly recommend to any boater!

Doug did an excellent job repairing the lower end of my merc cruiser! He found me parts from out of state, they arrived at my house and he showed up the next day to install them! He’s a super nice guy and fair pricing, I would recommend him to any of my friends with boat problems!

Doug claims on his website that my engine will give me years of good service. He's never gotten the engine running. He has cost me thousands of dollars, Never giving me a receipt or invoice, And the Engine is in worse shape than it was before he started. Will not start and salt water leaking everywhere. Said his rate was one hundred dollars an hour and.charged me Three hours for a job he boasted getting done in an hour and a half. Doug is the only guy you need to call! When I was told I'd have to wait months for parts or to get on the schedule at every other marina, he came out next day parts in hand! Highly recommend!
