Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Sina and his team from Up North Mechanical install 2 heat pumps for me. I couldn’t be more happy. They took their time and made sure the install was perfect. The units run smooth and are much quieter than I expected. Every step of the way Sina made sure I was happy and all my expectations were met. Thanks you Sina!
These guys are hands down the best HVAC pros I've ever dealt with. Called Sina for help with an outdated AC unit and he was there the next morning promptly to look at it. A day later I had a new unit installed and operating at full capacity. Top notch work getting it done, didn't miss a beat. Same efficiency with a furnace last fall, just getting it done pronto. Sina and his team are solid guys. I highly recommend them if you're looking for HVAC assistance!
I had a great experience with Sina starting with my first call until his service was completed. I had an AC that was performing poorly (little and not cold enough airflow) and it had ice condensation all over the place. I called Sina, a professional who takes his job seriously and I believe does what's best for the customer. I called him in the morning and after two visits to my place he got the AC fixed in the same day. Sina came to our home late at night (I had contacted him late in the evening) to fix a faulty capacitor on our HVAC unit and did an excellent job. He was punctual, communicative, and very proactive—took the time to explain the issue clearly and gave great advice on how to maintain the system and prevent future problems. Pricing was very competitive, and the overall service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
Sina was great to deal with. Came to replace an AC the very next day after I had called him! Work was really clean, he explained everything to me. Overall I’m extremely happy with the service and professionalism.
