I had a great experience with Sina starting with my first call until his service was completed. I had an AC that was performing poorly (little and not cold enough airflow) and it had ice condensation all over the place. I called Sina, a professional who takes his job seriously and I believe does what's best for the customer. I called him in the morning and after two visits to my place he got the AC fixed in the same day. Sina came to our home late at night (I had contacted him late in the evening) to fix a faulty capacitor on our HVAC unit and did an excellent job. He was punctual, communicative, and very proactive—took the time to explain the issue clearly and gave great advice on how to maintain the system and prevent future problems. Pricing was very competitive, and the overall service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
Sina was great to deal with. Came to replace an AC the very next day after I had called him! Work was really clean, he explained everything to me. Overall I’m extremely happy with the service and professionalism.
So nice to deal with a company who is competent, knowledgeable and knows exactly what they are doing. Great attention to detail re installation function and aesthetics. Explains and has solutions when unexpected problems or challenges arise during installation (for me - rough in electrical and supply lines were done by another contractor and it was a disaster. Sina explained and came up with a solution and at no additional cost). Add to this very competitive pricing. Highly recommended and will use again.
