I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service! We had the technician come out to our cabin to repair an older propane space stove. He spent 90 minutes examining it and told me as he left he thought he could get a new pilot light assembly. I never heard from him again. I called after one month, two months, three months, four months. NO RESPONSE! Jackie at the store was polite and tried to reach out to the tech. She got no response.
