Very easy booking over the phone! Described the needs of my group with a younger and older child and all of our gear was waiting upon arrival. Everything in great shape. We were going to paddle on Waterbury Reservoir but we wanted something a little quieter. This location was exactly what we were after. The views were so lovely!!
Extremely convenient process and at an amazing price that includes paddles and vests as well, Up North is hard to beat!Called early in the morning about a tandem kayak rental, and they were able to get it delivered to the Green River Reservoir in under 30 minutes. Next time I'm in need of a rental, I will definitely be using Up North. Thanks again!
